One-Time Settlement (OTS) for Photograph
As part of One-Time Settlement (OTS), candidates are facilitated with the option to update their previously uploaded photograph which did not bear their name and date of taking photograph. This option will be available from 01-March-2017 till 15-April-2017.
Only 1 (One) photograph can be uploaded per defective photograph.
Hence read the instructions carefully before uploading the photograph.

This One-Time Settlement will be applicable only for ...
1. Those photographs which are attached with atleast one application submitted prior to 28-January-2015.
2. Those photographs which have not been verified during One-Time Verification at any of the Offices of The Kerala Public Service Commission.
3. Those defective photographs for which One-Time Settlement facility has was not availed in the previous chance (01-April-2014 to 15-May-2014).
The Photographs uploaded by the candidate in their Profile for which One-Time Settlement is applicable are listed below.
1. Tick the checkbox(es) against the photograph which does not bear your name and date of photo taken and for which you want to upload a new photograph.
2. Click the NEXT button and browse the new photograph as a part of One-Time Settlement.
3. Before uploading, candidate must ensure that the new photograph is conforming to the specifications prescribed by the Kerala Public Service Commission.
4. The Category Numbers or Posts to which this benefit is applicable will be subject to the decision of the Hon'ble Commission..
5. The new photograph will be reflected in the application, hallticket etc. only after the decision of the Hon'ble Commission.
6. Photographs uploaded through Change Photograph will not be covered in One-Time Settlement Scheme.
